Banana Icing

Yields: 2 cups
NOTE: Good on banana cake.
INGREDIENTS:
3 T. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. banana pulp
1 t. lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Cream butter, add sugar gradually, with banana pulp and lemon juice. This is sufficient for top of cake and between layers.
