Caramel Frosting

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c. butter/margarine
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
DIRECTIONS;
In medium saucepan, melt butter; add brown sugar. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk; continue cooking until it comes to a rolling boil. Remove from heat - gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled cake.
